Meta starts charging for service messages too: the replies your team sends when the customer wrote in the last 24 hours. Each number gets 1,000 free a month. Work out your month:

If you pay with a card issued in Ecuador, your bank may add the 5% currency outflow tax (ISD): about $2.26 more. Check with your accountant.

Without a payment method at Meta, only each number's 1,000 free service messages a month are delivered: the rest don't arrive.

Frequently asked questions

What do I pay Keybidigital and what do I pay Meta?

Keybidigital, only your plan. Meta, its messages: it bills them directly to the card you add to your WhatsApp Business Account, without going through us.

Do I need a card to start?

Not to create your Keybidigital account. Meta will ask you for a payment method in WhatsApp Manager to deliver more than each number's 1,000 free service messages a month.

What is the ISD the calculator mentions?

Ecuador's currency outflow tax (5%). Your bank may apply it to what you pay Meta with a card issued in Ecuador, because Meta bills from abroad. Check with your accountant.

What happens to my number if I leave?

Your number and your WhatsApp Business Account are yours: you remove our access from your Meta business portfolio and take them wherever you want.
