What a Tech Provider is
A Tech Provider is a company Meta authorizes to develop solutions on the WhatsApp Business Platform. It doesn't act on Meta's behalf, and there is no Tech Provider badge: if you see one, it isn't from Meta.
Keybidigital is a Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform: a company authorized to develop solutions on it. Keybidigital is not Meta or WhatsApp, and is responsible for its own service.

- Your number and your WhatsApp Business Account are in your company's name, in your Meta business portfolio.
- Meta bills the messages to your card: we don't hold any balance of yours.
- If you leave, you remove our access from your business portfolio and take your number wherever you want.
Your customers' data, under the LOPDP
- Your company is the controller of its customers' data; Keybidigital is the processor: we process it only to provide the service.
- If a security breach affects it, we tell you within 2 days at most, so you can meet your deadlines: 5 days to notify the Data Protection Authority and 3 to notify the people at risk.
- Sensitive calendar data —health, legal matters, minors— is only requested with consent, and only the right people see it.
Security
- Everything travels encrypted.
- Your password isn't stored: only a fingerprint that can't be reversed.
- Your session lives in a cookie no script on the page can read.
- Everyone signs in with their own user, and their role decides what they see and do.
- Anything deleted spends 30 days in the trash before it's gone.
An SRI invoice for every charge
- Every charge for your plan comes with its electronic invoice from Ecuador's SRI, issued by Keybidigital.
- In your company's name: with the business name and tax ID you register.
- Prices in US dollars with Ecuador's VAT included: what you see is what you pay.
